Our company strictly abides by ISO9001-2000 quality system for quality control, paying attention to product quality control of manufacturing course, perfecting quality guarantee system and learning advanced quality management concepts including the introduction of "5S", "6¦Ò" and "QCC" quality management knowledge, attaching importance to the training of employees, continuously increasing the "Zero Defects" quality sense of employees.We take product quality as our life, and have strict quality control process for every style of product from design and planning to batch production, so the high reliability of products is ensured. Complete quality management is adopted in production and R&D, and a whole set of perfect process system has been established ranging from R&D, purchasing and choice of originals to assembling and debugging of products and degradation check. During the overall-process quality control of products, quality monitoring is arranged for special procedures. Based on prevention measures and supplementing them with correction measures, closely connecting the actual demands of clients, through SPC quality control, our company continuously improves the quality control ability.
Currently, we have the most advanced patch production line and reflow stove equipment, and advanced devices that can check components' index in an exact way; we use advanced radio frequency test instruments to 100% check the products; we also have the devices that can have a high-precision test on the appearance and size of products.
